Monthly Refunds
If the package is pre-paid at a discount rate (eg: quarterly, semi-annually or annually) and you wish to cancel the service before your pre-paid time is up, the months you have used will be deducted from the refund amount. As the discounts only apply when pre-paid in the specified blocks, the months deducted will be charged at the full monthly price of the package.
For example, if you pre-pay our Megabyte plan annually at $54, but cancel after one month, $5 for that month will be deducted from the refund amount, which would then be $49. This means that if you cancel after 10 months, you will not get a refund for the remaining two months.
If you wish to cancel pre-paid service within the first 30 days, the full amount will be refunded.
