Below is the list of rules you must agree to in order to become a member of the affiliate program.

1. Spam is not to be used to promote your referrals. Unsolicited e-mail, newsgroup posting or bulletin/message board posting will lead to your affiliate and/or hosting contract being terminated without refund or payment.

2. Referrals are "approved" once it is confirmed that an actual sale has occured, and after the referred customer has kept an account at Imbri Web for longer than one month.

3. Once a sale is approved, the $10 in the account is then counted towards a free month (30 days) of hosting, starting at the beginning of the next payment period.

4. This affiliate program does not apply to resold accounts. Nor does it apply to resellers, even if the referred account is not being resold.

5. Affiliates are entitled to a maximum of 12 referral fees per calendar year per hosting account they hold with Imbri Web. Thus, if you have two (non-reseller) accounts at Imbri Web, you are entitled to 24 referral fees per year.

6. By taking part in this program, affiliates agree that any and all decisions on what constitutes a valid referral lie with Imbri Web.
