About Reselling
When you order a reseller package from Imbri Web, we will charge you a fixed monthly fee for an allotment of disk space and data transfer which you can use to host a set number of domains. You will be given access to your own Web Host Manager (WHM). From there you will be able to add, remove and modify domains in your reseller account. You can set your own hosting packages, with allotted space and transfer quotas, along with limiting the number of features each domain has access to, such as subdomains, email accounts, SSH access, etc. You can see how much space and transfer is being used by each account and upgrade and downgrade them accordingly.
In effect, you will have all the functionality of a web host. As such, you will need to support your own customers. If one of your users has a problem with their account, they must go to you for help. If you cannot solve the problem yourself, you can then come to us for help. We will be invisible to your end users, thanks to the complete anonymity of the packages, so we will never have direct contact with your customers.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that your customers comply with our Terms of Service (Please note that our Reseller Terms of Service are slightly different to our regular hosting Terms). Any account found to be in violation of the Reseller TOS is subject to immediate suspension.
