Do you have a service or uptime guarantee?
| Of course! We have a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all our Reseller packages. If a server is inaccessible via http for longer than 0.1% of a month, you will receive a credit for that month based on the following downtime schedule:
- 99.9% - 100% = 0% credit
- 99.7% - 99.9% = 10% credit
- 99.5% - 99.7% = 25% credit
- 99.3% - 99.5% = 50% credit
- 99.0% - 99.3% = 75% credit
- 98.9% - below = 100% credit
Credit must be claimed within 7 days of the end of the relevant month by submitting a support ticket. All claims will be verified by WebSitePulse.
Restrictions of this guarantee include any scheduled maintanence and circumstances beyond our control which include but not limited to war, labour disputes, natural disasters, etc. It also does not apply to any script/coding issues, DNS issues or security problems related to your domain, website or files that may cause errors and/or downtime.
