Imbri Web Reseller FAQ
Do you support my clients, or have any contact with them?
| No, you are the only point of contact for your clients or users. They should contact you with questions or problems with their accounts. If you cannot answer them then you can contact us, and we will provide you with the answer.
Imbri Web will never contact your clients, and due to the anonymity of the Reseller packages, they will never know we exist, or that you are a reseller.
The exception to this rule is, of course, if you choose to purchase our end-user support option. In this case you will set up an email address at your domain which we will use to support your clients as though we were... you! This seamless process ensures your clients never know that it is Imbri Web who are answering their emails.
