Will I be able to set up my site before transferring my domain?
| Yes, we wish your transition to be as painless as possible.
After signing up, you will receive a welcome email including your account information. In it you will be given an IP address, which you can use as your FTP host, to preview your website and to reach your control panel. Through your control panel you can then set up email accounts and settings, MySQL databases, subdomains, etc.
If this is all done before you update your domain's nameservers, your site will not experience any downtime or disruption during the move. We have provided a more exhaustive tutorial on exactly how to move your site with no interruption of service here.
