Why don't you provide telephone support?

We limit our customer support to the Internet for several reasons:

  • To keep company costs, thus the end price, down.

  • We provide support during "business hours," however as the Internet is not set in one time-zone, our business hours are not necessarily yours. This makes phone support illogical at best.

  • Email support is much more suited to this type of industry, as there are many terms that would be hard to "show" on the telephone (URLS/website addresses, passwords, account numbers, etc), and it is much simpler to keep track of email messages/support tickets.

However that we don't offer phone support doesn't mean you can't talk with us in real time! We do offer a variety of popular live chat solutions, as outlined on our contact information page.
