Tutorial: Forms with PHP Mail Form

Download it from http://www.xentrik.net.

1.
Download the ZIP file and unzip to a directory on your local hard drive.

2.
Open "mailform.php" in a text editor such as Notepad.

3.
Edit the variables (your name, email address, autoresponse info, etc) under the "MODIFY" heading. Explanations are in the script and the readme.txt file.

4.
Customize the HTML of mailform.php to your liking.

6.
That's all the editing you'll need to do to the actual script. Now Open up your FTP program and upload mailform.php to any directory of your website you like.

7.
That's it. Since it's PHP it will run automatically, no CHMODing needed. Test it yourself to be sure everything is configured correctly. To customize the form further, read the readme.txt in the ZIP file.
